Stop Hunger Now – We Did It!

Stop Hunger Now is a Raleigh-based international hunger relief agency that has been fulfilling its commitment to end hunger for 13 years.  The Stop Hunger Now meal packaging program perfected the assembly process that combines rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables and a flavoring mix including 21 essential vitamins and minerals into small meal packets.  With leadership from Vienna Presbyterian Church and Emmaneul Lutheran Church along with hundreds of volunteers, 80,000 meals – saving 80,000 children from starvation – were packaged the weekend of February 3 and 4.  Thank you all for your financial support and hours of volunteering that made this weekend successful.
