Maundy Thursday
April 2 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The term “maundy” comes from the Latin “mandatum” meaning commandment. On this night in the gospel of John, Jesus gives the command to “love each other as I have loved you,” and shows us the meaning of that by washing the disciples’ feet. We will have a hand washing as a part of our service including Holy Communion. The service will conclude with the stripping of the altar.
