Young at Heart Seniors

April Young at Heart will be on Thursday, April 20 at noon (two weeks after Easter). We will be serving sloppy joes. Side dishes are welcomed but not required. And great news, “The Soundtrack of Our Lives” returns to Emmanuel with songs from when both you and rock ‘n’ roll were young. In the second half of the 1950s, artists such as Elvis, Pat Boone, Paul Anka, and the Everly Brothers, aided by disc jockeys Alan Freed and Dick Clark, reshaped popular music. Be prepared to be reminded of your first crushes, first breakups, and all the emotions that were part of being a teenager.
