Sunday Morning Opportunities
Adult Faith Forums
We are offering adult faith formation forums each Sunday after worship at 10:15 AM on Zoom. Below is a schedule of the upcoming forums:
-
March 7 - Color of Compromise, part 1, led by Ellen Murphy
We will be watching and then discussing an episode from the series "The Color of Compromise" during this three-part faith forum. The Color of Compromise is both enlightening and compelling, telling history we either ignore or just don't know. Equal parts painful and inspirational, it details how the American church has helped create and maintain racist ideas and practices. You will be guided in thinking through concrete solutions for improved race relations and a racially inclusive church. This first session will be led by ELC member Ellen Murphy.
-
March 14 - Endowment Campaign and Legacy Giving Kickoff presented by the Endowment Team
-
March 21 - Color of Compromise, part 2, led by Ellen Murphy
