This is a class where you don’t have to worry about anything but you. You’re here to get stronger, to get fit, and perhaps even find a sense of community and connection. Your experience with us should bring the same results: fitness, fun, and faith. If you have weight challenges, injuries, or other medical conditions, this class is for you. This safe and effective workout utilizes fusion balls and exercise bands, offering modifications in a caring environment. Classes are held every Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The instructors are Kathy Johnson and Mary Lib Tomb—the classes are part of the Body & Soul Fitness Gold program.
